Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team!</span></p><p style="text-align:left"><br><u><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></u></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>SUMMARY OF POSITION</b></p><p>A Centerstone Intensive In-Home Therapist provides individual and family counseling for youth in crisis (ages 3 to 18), with the goal of stabilizing symptoms and preventing placement of youth into more restrictive setting such as hospital or residential treatment. Treatment takes place in the home and community. Candidates need a solid knowledge of therapeutic techniques such as family therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy, or other <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">modalities.       </span></p><p><br>Carry caseloads of 6 clients. Providing therapy 2-3x a week to client's ages 3-18. Completing 1 session with client, 1 session with guardian, 1 family session.</p><p>Sessions are held in the client's home, at school, workplace, public setting etc.</p><p>Work hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.
