<h1><b>Job Details:</b></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Description: </h2><p>Contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies across brand, product, content, and campaign domains. Assists in market research, content creation, and performance tracking to support Intel's brand positioning and customer engagement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through hands-on experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment.</p><p></p><p> <b>The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:</b> </p><ul><li>MDF Management<ul><li>Budget and Marketing Activities Governance: Support the Channel Marketing Manager overseeing the end-to-end MDF lifecycle, from initial partner funds allocation, marketing activities plan definition, campaigns approvals, claim process and reimbursement.</li><li>Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all partner marketing activities align with Outcome-Based Guidebook and corporate brand guidelines during the campaign execution process until funds are released.</li><li>Fund Utilization Tracking: Keep monitoring the campaigns execution, unspent funds and proactively suggest reallocation of expiring budgets in alignment with our goals and strategy to ensure 100 percent utilization.</li><li>Partner Support: Act as the internal helpdesk for partners connecting our third-party agency, Partner MDF support, and other support teams regarding all types of requests from onboarding to the program, planning to activity reimbursement.</li></ul></li><li>Sales Operations and Reporting<ul><li>ROI Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards that track the performance of MDF-funded activities by partners and by partner sales managers.</li><li>Data Integrity: Work close with Accenture team and partner sales managers for the monthly sales report load to ensure data submitted by partners are accurate and timely loaded at system.</li><li>Sales Support: Work closely with partner sales managers on their sales force duties, support the data load, reporting and submissions.</li><li>Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p> <b>A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:</b> </p><ul><li>Extreme attention to detail and very organized to lead with different partners and projects at the same time.</li><li>Demonstrate team player and proactive behavior.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Qualifications:</b></h2><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b>:</p><p>Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. </p><p></p><ul><li>Pursuing bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.</li><li>Analytical skills and knowledge into advanced excel (pivots, macro), power BI, sales force, and other CRM tools.</li><li>Intermediate knowledge in AI.</li><li>Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).</li><li>Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Brazil.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><p>Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.</p><p></p><ul><li>Intermediate Spanish proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Preferably if lives in São Paulo</li></ul><p></p><p>          </p><p></p><p></p><h2>Job Type:</h2>Student / Intern<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Shift:</h2>Shift 1 (Brazil)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Primary Location: </h2>Virtual Brazil<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Additional Locations:</h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Business group:</h2>The Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) leverages the product portfolio to drive Intel's revenue growth and market expansion, blending strategic initiatives with dynamic sales efforts to capture and retain customers.
