With over 10 recognitions from our partners, we continue to win in our markets.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Job Description:</span></p> <p>As a NetSuite Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and documenting Company requirements and translating those requirements into IT solutions to solve business issues and needs. In addition, you will partner with stakeholders to play a crucial role in leading, planning, and executing business systems initiatives across various business units. You will also play a key role in ongoing system analysis and maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices recommendations related to NetSuite.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li>Provide NetSuite (ERP) expertise utilizing industry experience, work with stakeholders to analyze complex needs and issues, and define best practices to translate business requirements into functional NetSuite systems</li> <li>Architect, implement, and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating the client’s unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business requirements</li> <li>Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements</li> <li>Conduct gap analysis, propose solutions, identify technical deliverables, and document design specifications</li> <li>Drive testing and validation of new and existing configurations, development, and new releases (quality assurance, system integration, user acceptance)</li> <li>Effectively communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications through written documentation to management, peers, staff, and other team members to ensure issues and solutions are understood cross-functionally</li> <li>Improve the overall quality and completeness of documentation, including creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts</li> <li>Own Key Performance Indicator visibility and reporting, create and publish functional department KPI dashboards</li> <li>Develop and support third-party NetSuite integrations</li> <li>Conduct NetSuite training, team building, and leadership to create internal Power Users</li> <li>Keep abreast with new technologies, with an eye towards their relevancy to the Company's future architectural needs</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p>What you have:</p> <ul> <li>2 -5 years' experience working with SuiteScript as a NetSuite Developer</li> <li>Extensive experience configuring NetSuite ERP modules (Financial, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Revenue Cycle, etc.)</li> <li>Extensive experience working with third-party NetSuite integrations and NetSuite APIs such as, Celigo and Shopify</li> <li>Experience with back-office application such as, Avalara, FreshDesk, and Asana</li> <li>Expert level knowledge of finance and accounting business processes and their implementation in NetSuite</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-projects and ability to successfully manage priorities</li> <li>Working experience with multi-entity environments.</li> </ul> <ul></ul>
