The Client<br>Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue across the existing client base leveraging MSI’s<br>suite of software and services. The Client Account Executive will work alongside the Client Marketing<br>Manager to drive the cross-sell and upsell motion across the customer base to ensure clients are<br>getting the most utilization of the software and in turn driving revenue for the company. <strong>This is a remote role.</strong><br><br><strong>Candidates must reside in EST or CST time zone</strong>.<br><br><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u><br>• The Client Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full client<br>sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiating and contracting<br>• To exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling<br>Meevo add-ons and packages to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts<br>• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and contact records in CRM tools like Salesforce, Pardot,<br>Outreach, LinkedIn, and Zoom Info<br>• Apply knowledge of Millennium Systems International’s offerings, market, and trends to<br>uncover new sales opportunities<br>• Pipeline Development through a combination of outbound prospecting and Client Success<br>Qualified leads<br>• Close your pipeline through proper discovery, value positioning, and relationship<br>management<br>• Work Client Marketing Manager to understand proper segmentation for upsell and cross sell<br>motion<br>• Work closely with Client Success Managers to identify opportunities to close<br>• Possess a comprehensive understanding of MSI’s solution and connect this knowledge<br>directly to customer ROI<br>• Sell MSI services with a consultative approach in a high energy environment and skillfully<br>deliver web- based presentations while handling objections and relating to buyers<br>• Attends internal trainings on new offerings to maintain knowledge of current product<br>offerings<br>• Proactively monitors activity of current customers for signals that require outreach<br><br><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u><br>• 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; experience in project<br>management and work collaboration space preferred<br>• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience<br>• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool to manage leads, activities, and pipeline a plus.<br>• Proven ability to close complex sales cycles with a SaaS Product<br>• Strong understanding of cross-sell and upsell motions across existing customer<br>relationships<br>• Track record of attaining quota and overachievement<br>• Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetings<br>• Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently, is disciplined and strong process<br>orientation<br>• Able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively and consistently<br><br><strong>We offer:</strong><br><b>Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays</b><br>Enjoy a generous <b>3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)</b> that begins accruing with every pay period from your very first day!
