<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><br/>Clean Harbors is seeking an <strong>Environmental & Industrial Sales Account Manager</strong> to bring expert knowledge to scope and quote projects. Responsible for growing, expanding, and maintaining revenues and EBITDA within an assigned territory.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner</li><li>Promote revenue and margin growth</li><li>Develop close relationships with 100-200 existing TS, IS, FS or SK customers</li><li>Sell products and services from all pillars to clients with the support of CAMs, Specialists, Sales Reps, TS/IS/ FS/SK AMs etc.</li><li>Negotiate and draft contracts; execute Corporate and Enterprise account strategies for assigned local accounts</li><li>Send inputs and review sales budget for accounts under responsibility</li><li>Gather data about relevant industries, regions and customers</li><li>Develop account plans for important customers in accordance to strategic direction set out by SVP Sales</li><li>Monitor progress in sales and P&L goals, incl. daily awareness of activities and results</li><li>Present results to DSM on a weekly basis</li><li>Work in tandem with other salespeople to increase cross-sell</li><li>Keep track of customers' purchase cycle and plan accordingly</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Interact with operations and customer service to deliver exceptional service to clients</li><li>Handle disputes and conflicts and troubleshoot with clients</li><li>Deliver effective contract and relationship management</li><li>Lead contract management and collection of invoiced revenue from customers</li><li>Document necessary customer information and interaction</li><li>Uphold and role-model corporate values</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Qualifications</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred</li><li>Three+ years of B2B Sales experience preferably in an industrial setting</li><li>Ability to develop effective account plans; prioritize highest opportunity accounts</li><li>Numerically literate; understands most relevant LOBs for customers</li><li>Industry and company knowledge, selling and negotiation, follows through on client's needs</li><li>Communication, display professionalism and courtesy, accountability for job responsibilities</li><li>Perform physical functions per job requirements</li><li>Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position.</li></ul><br/>
