As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for connecting with a wide range of clients to sell the services and offerings of Aerial Canvas. </span><span style="font-size: 10pt"><br></span><span style="font-size: 10pt"><br></span><span style="font-size: 10pt">This Scope of Work outlines the contracted services to be performed by an independent Business Development Representative on behalf of Aerial Canvas. The contractor will operate as an independent entity and is not an employee of Aerial Canvas.</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"><br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">SCOPE OF SERVICES<br><br></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospective business partners and clients on a daily basis.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Execute outbound outreach campaigns through social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Set and schedule qualified appointments for yourself and the Director of Operations with potential business partners.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Manage and move leads through the full sales pipeline from initial outreach to handoff.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through calls, texts, and email.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Log all outreach activity, calls, and pipeline updates accurately in Aerial Canvas CRM.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Research and identify target prospects aligned with Aerial Canvas's partnership goals.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Collaborate with the Director of Operations to refine outreach messaging and targeting strategies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach volume and appointments set.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Contribute to team culture and share best practices across the sales function.<br></span><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<br><br></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Comfortable and confident making high-volume daily outbound cold calls.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Experienced with social media outreach, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B prospecting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Familiarity with CRM platforms; ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Highly organized with strong time management and self-accountability.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Hubspot knowledge is a plus. <br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">WORKING ARRANGEMENT<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">The contractor will perform services remotely and independently. Expected availability aligns with standard operating hours of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. The contractor is responsible for providing their own equipment and tools necessary to perform the services outlined above.<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">The contractor acknowledges that they are engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Aerial Canvas. The contractor is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.</span></p>
