Position Title: Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

Compensation: Estimated Take Home: $75,000 - $115,000. $2250/mo base salary, plus significant performance-based, uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9am - 6pm
  • Friday: 9am - 5pm
  • ***Saturdays: Optional but a quick ~9am-12pm shift is highly recommended

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to and manage all inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and closing opportunities.
  • Build rapport with potential sellers, understand their needs, and negotiate win-win solutions.
  • Use CRM software daily to manage your pipeline and track all sales activities.
  • Close contracts in a timely manner.
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
