We're partnering exclusively with an online payroll and HR solutions client to identify a skilledInstructional Designer to develop eLearning courses. In this role, you'll work with existing materials and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to redesign and build engaging learner-focused modules. While SME support will be available, you'll be expected to first leverage existing content, and then consult with SMEs for feedback and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Review and assess current content, identifying gaps in structure, engagement, and instructional design. Transform static content into effective, learner-focused eLearning modules. Apply adult learning principles and best practices to design engaging and interactive training experiences. Collaborate with SMEs and project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of materials. Recommend and implement instructional enhancements, such as Clear learning objectives and success criteria Practice activities and scenario-based learning Simulations, videos, and other interactive elements Opportunities for learners to apply knowledge post-training Start Date Early July Duration 5 months Hours Up to 30 hours per week Location Virtual Experience Required Strong background in Instructional Design, with a deep understanding of Adult Learning Theory Proven experience creating engaging eLearning Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a quick turnaround Proficiency with Articulate 360 Familiarity with or willingness to learn Uplimit Previous experience in financial services is preferred but not required Must be able to provide work samples during an interview A background check will be required for the selected consultant.
