Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Commission-based US Sales Trainer to lead the training, coaching, and development of our sales organization. This role will oversee both remote team members and US-based remote employees, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes, strong product knowledge, and measurable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is an organized sales leader who excels at building scalable training systems and driving high performance across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing sales training programs for both remote and US-based employees
  • Create and maintain sales scripts, call frameworks, objection-handling guides, and best practices
  • Ensure all sales representatives understand product positioning, customer needs, and competitive differentiation

Remote & US Employee Oversight

  • Oversee daily sales execution, activity tracking, and performance across remote and in-office employees
  • Conduct structured coaching sessions, roleplays, and ongoing skill development
  • Maintain accountability through team check-ins, training schedules, and performance reviews

Performance Optimization

  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted improvement plans
  • Support representatives in improving close rates, pipeline quality, and customer engagement
  • Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with revenue and growth goals

Sales Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to internal sales workflows, CRM standards, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain compliance with company messaging, sales policies, and customer communication guidelines
  • Continuously refine training systems to support scalability and consistency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or Sales Enablement Leader
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales frameworks and coaching methodologies
  • Experience supporting both remote and US-based sales teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build structured training programs that drive measurable results
