This position supports the overall HR technology strategy while providing systems implementation and administration, reporting and analysis for improved decision-making, efficient work processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Works collaboratively with HR team members and subject matter experts across the organization to implement processes and functionality that would increase the efficiency and quality of HR services, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Performs data analysis from multiple data systems, supports various vendor software applications, and relies on experience and independent technical judgment to provide solutions. This position may require flexibility of hours.<br><br><b>EDUCATION:</b><br>Associate Degree or equivalent related experience. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field is highly preferred.<br><br><b>EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:</b><br><b>Minimum five years of HCM, Payroll, and timekeeping application maintenance and support, systems analysis, and adhoc reporting experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting</b>.</p><p><b>Workday (HCM, Payroll, Absence) functional and technical experience required</b>.</p><p><b>MS Access, SQL, or other database/reporting tools experience required.</b></p><p>Experience with Workday integration, design and maintenance preferred. Experience with UKG timekeeping and scheduling is preferred.</p><p>HCM software implementation experience is a plus.</p><p>Prior support of Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.</p><p><br><br><b><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:</span></b><br>Preferred:<br>Current Workday certifications including Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Reporting, or Integrations. Customer PRO certification acceptable.<br><br><b>SKILLS:</b><br>Demonstrated working knowledge of HRIS systems development, systems analysis, and human resource functions. Strong technical aptitude required, with an understanding of system design, structure, and processes.<br>Advanced knowledge in report development using Workday reporting tools, Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Extensive knowledge of relational database software such as Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server. Advanced skills using various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUp, Macros), PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Publisher. Experience creating and/or modifying system interface files. Exceptional critical thinking skills with attention to detail, effective communication skills and excellent customer service skills. Project management experience.
