Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented Controller and Office Manager to join our growing team at 3D PLUS USA, INC.

Core Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
  • Day-to-Day Accounting: Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and payroll departments.
  • Audit & Control: Develop, monitor, and enforce internal controls to protect assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Coordinate both internal and external audits.
  • Compliance: Manage federal, state, and local tax filings, as well as regulatory and licensing requirements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist leadership in the annual budgeting process, monitor performance, and report on budget variances.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor the accounting and finance staff

Administrative

  • Manage staff of 3
  • Cross-functional training of staff
  • Manage customers platforms – ensuring reps and certs are up to date, quotes & POs are generated and acknowledged
  • Organizing and coordinating Annual US Sales Meeting
  • On-boarding new hire in ADP
  • Payroll Processing
  • Benefits administration
  • Ad hoc projects

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: Typically requires 7+ years in accounting or finance, with proven management experience.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Advanced understanding of US GAAP, SOX Compliance, Revenue Recognistion and hands-on expertise with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g. QuickBooks, Floqast, Planning Analytics). MS Excel skill
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical problem-solving, high attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • Other: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Allowed to work in the USA
  • On-site / In-person: M-F

Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range: $80K -$110K
