Peloton is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to play a key role in a high-growth practice area. This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for leading end-to-end solution design and guiding clients through complex HCM transformations using Oracle Cloud.

As a Solution Architect, you will partner with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state architectures, align business processes with Oracle leading practices, and ensure scalable, high-quality solution delivery across the HCM suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to assess current-state HR processes and define future-state solutions aligned with business objectives and Oracle Cloud leading practices
  • Lead solution architecture across Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring cohesive, scalable, and integrated designs
  • Define implementation roadmaps and strategies to close process and performance gaps

Design Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution reviews
  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and build activities across the full implementation lifecycle
  • Align business requirements with system capabilities and ensure optimal configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM

Program & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership on HCM transformation strategy
  • Communicate solution options, trade-offs, and impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment across all workstreams

Implementation Oversight & Quality Assurance

  • Provide guidance to development and functional teams to ensure adherence to architecture standards and best practices
  • Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in hands-on configuration or troubleshooting when needed

Knowledge Leadership & Practice Development

  • Contribute to the development of HCM solution accelerators, methodologies, and intellectual property
  • Mentor junior team members and support capability development within the practice

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, including:
  • 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Lead, or similar role
  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations across multiple modules, such as:
    • Core HR
    • Payroll
    • Benefits
    • Time and Labor
    • Talent Management
    • Workforce Compensation
    • Performance & Goals
    • Recruiting
    • Learning
    • HR Help Desk
  • Strong experience with Global HR, Workforce Management, and Workforce Rewards
  • Experience aligning business processes with enterprise system architecture and integrations
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications preferred or required
  • Ability to translate complex HR concepts into scalable technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on when needed
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience mentoring junior staff and leading cross-functional teams

Compensation:

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $160,000-$220,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
