In this role, you’ll focus on transforming boards; one of our core features where people visualize, evaluate, and dream. You’ll have the chance to push boundaries, working hands-on with product and engineering partners to launch fast experiments, build bold new ideas, and continually refine the user experience. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and ship UI for login and sign up and conversion upsells flows, supporting the overall Pinner activation journey.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners to define and execute on roadmaps for the Pinner Conversion and Identity teams.</li> <li>Be comfortable in a fast paced, iterative, experimental, and data driven environment</li> <li>Work with and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders across Growth and Core teams, as well as engineering, product and design leadership</li> <li>Uphold and inspire a high level of design execution throughout the team</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience designing digital products.</li> <li>Experience designing for complex products and solving for both user needs and business metrics, driving impact through both 0 to 1 product development and optimizations.</li> <li>A portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design skills, including solid understanding of layout, typography, color, imagery, and other design fundamentals.</li> <li>Has a learner and builder mindset: Able to quickly onboard to emerging AI tools and implement them appropriately in the full product development process with a focus on decision quality, craft and efficiency.</li> <li>Expertise in applying systems, frameworks, and standards, including using AI-powered tools and workflows to help scale your approach and facilitates productive cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a track record of shipping high-quality digital products.</li> <li>Ability to think holistically and create scalable systems for experimentation and iteration, including designing for mobile and desktop platforms.</li> <li>Excellent product thinking, UX strategy, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Great communications skills with the ability to articulate your design decisions clearly and bring cross-functional partners along for the journey.</li> <li>Comfortable balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced, data-driven, and iterative environment.</li> <li>High level of self-awareness with a growth mindset that is focused on impact.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Relocation Statement:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
