You should not apply if you operate purely on vague "coaching vibes" rather than hard business performance metrics, or if you prefer lecturing over strategic, real-time problem-solving.</span></p><br><br><h4><strong><span style="color: #121317">What You’ll Architect (The Outcomes)</span></strong></h4><p><span style="color: #121317">As an independent partner, you will own the delivery of strategic business consulting and accountability for an assigned roster of lawyers enrolled in the Personal Family Lawyer® (PFL) membership tiers. Your objective is to help these attorneys scale their law practices into high-performing, profitable business enterprises.</span></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Drive Practice Transformation:</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> Guide attorneys through the implementation of the proven New Law business systems, moving them from flat-fee transactional grinding to a recurring-revenue, relationship-based model.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Master Cash Flow Optimization:</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> Consult on lead generation, client acquisition, and retention fundamentals to ensure rostered firms build and maintain predictable, steady cash flow.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Enforce Strategic Accountability:</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> Utilize data-driven tracking frameworks—including business planners, metric dashboards, and cash flow projections—to keep attorneys focused on their designated growth benchmarks.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Proactive Client Safeguarding:</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> Monitor attorney feedback indicators and performance data to identify firms hitting friction points, executing rapid strategic outreach to protect the client relationship and drive retention.</span></p></li></ul><h4><strong><span style="color: #121317">The Deliverables</span></strong></h4><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Execute strategic consulting sessions with rostered members at the cadence designated by their specific membership tier.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Provide asynchronous, high-impact business support via email and digital platforms within a professional 48-hour turnaround window.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Document client milestones, metrics, and actionable next steps in the CRM system within 24 hours of session completion.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Leverage New Law’s library of resource assets (newsletters, legal marketing kits, team training guides) to help attorneys solve immediate operational bottlenecks.</span></p></li></ul><h4><strong><span style="color: #121317">Who You Are</span></strong></h4><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">You possess 3–5 years of professional business coaching or consulting experience, with a heavy emphasis on entrepreneurial development, marketing strategy, and cash flow management.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">You are financially literate and entirely comfortable interpreting, analyzing, and discussing business performance data and financial metrics to drive decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">You have a deep understanding of small business operations, client acquisition funnels, and retention frameworks.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">You are highly proficient in modern digital workspaces, easily navigating virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM architecture, and project management platforms).</span></p></li></ul><h4><strong><span style="color: #121317">Fee Schedule & Compensation</span></strong></h4><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Earning Potential:</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> Total monthly contract revenue generally starts around $2,000/month during initial system alignment and scales from $5,000 to $9,000+ per month, directly dependent on your availability, desire, and the total volume of active firms on your roster (typically ranging from 20 to 80 firms).</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Structure:</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> Compensation is paid cleanly on a fixed per-member, per-session, or approved project milestone basis. Roster volume is scaled over time based on your capacity and the consistent quality of your delivery metrics.</span></p></li></ul><h4><strong><span style="color: #121317">Contractor Specifications (B2B)</span></strong></h4><p><span style="color: #121317">This is an independent, business-to-business contract engagement. As a contractor, you operate your own independent business entity and are entirely responsible for your own taxes, remote office setup, computer equipment (minimum 16GB RAM recommended), and professional liability insurance.
