Job Summary We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Customer Success Manager to join our team. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction through building trust and consulting on our software. You'll work collaboratively with our customers to understand their goals and develop customized inbound strategic plans to drive customer accountability. You'll also engage customers via inbound email and strategy calls to drive product value and usage.
