About the Role Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Entry Level Data Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in a data migration project, ensuring data is accurate, clean, and ready for transfer to Salesforce. This involves close collaboration with the Team Lead and other analysts, requiring strong analytical, technical, and teamwork skills. This is a fully remote position. Key Responsibilities: • Extract, clean, and validate data from existing systems. • Assist in developing workflows to prepare data for migration to Salesforce. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the process. • Analyze datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Create reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate with team members to develop insights that inform organizational goals. • Work closely with the Team Lead and other analysts to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. • Provide regular updates on progress and challenges to the team. • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to optimize data processes. Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role (entry-level candidates with strong skills are encouraged to apply). • Experience with data cleaning and preparation is strongly preferred. • Proficiency in SQL and/or other data manipulation languages. • Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
