Job Overview As a Data Entry File Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting. Your primary responsibilities will include Responsibilities - Data Entry and Maintenance Input and update data in our database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This will involve working with various data sources, including spreadsheets, documents, and other digital files. - File Organization and Management Maintain and organize physical files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval. This will involve creating and maintaining filing systems, labeling and categorizing documents, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and procedures. - Data Quality Checks Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. This will involve reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, and taking corrective action as needed. - Reporting and Data Compilation Assist in generating reports and compiling data as needed. This will involve working with our team to identify data requirements, extracting data from various sources, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. - Compliance and Procedures Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry and file management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and arenaflex's internal policies. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need - Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science, is an asset. - Experience Proven experience in data entry or file management is essential. You should have a strong understanding of data entry principles, including data quality checks and data validation. - Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required. Experience with database management systems and data analysis tools is an asset. - Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting are essential.
