This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives bridging technical and business stakeholders, translating roadmaps into structured Agile execution using tools like Jira, Linear, and GitHub.<br><br><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO</b><br>- Lead delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution;<br>- Define program structure, milestones, and success criteria aligned with product and company objectives;<br>- Drive sprint, quarterly, and multi-quarter planning with product and engineering leadership;<br>- Ensure engineering efforts align with long-term architecture and platform goals;<br>- Identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and maintain visibility into program health and timelines;<br>- Manage dependencies across teams, systems, and stakeholders while resolving blockers;<br>- Provide structured updates to leadership and support decision-making through tradeoff analysis;<br>- Support engineering and product leadership in managing workflows, priorities, and execution;<br>- Improve operating models, delivery processes, and scalability of engineering systems;<br>- Act as Scrum Master, leading sprint planning, standups, and Agile processes;<br>- Translate business and product goals into structured epics, stories, and tasks;<br>- Ensure clarity of requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done;<br>- Drive work prioritization, ticket sizing, and forecasting accuracy.<br><br><b>MUST HAVES</b><br>- <b>5+ years of experience</b> in <b>Technical Program Management</b> or similar roles;<br>- <b>3+ years of Agile Project Management experience</b>;<br>- Hands-on experience across the <b>Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</b>;<br>- Experience working with <b>engineering teams in Agile environments</b>;<br>- Strong understanding of <b>software development lifecycles and technical systems</b>;<br>- Ability to translate business and product goals into technical execution plans;<br>- Experience with tools such as <b>GitHub, Jira, Linear, or Asana</b>;<br>- Experience using <b>AI copilots and related tools</b>;<br>- <b>Strong systems thinking</b> and organizational skills;<br>- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders;<br>- <b>Strong communication skills</b> with ability to simplify complex concepts;<br>- Detail-oriented approach with focus on execution quality;<br>- <b>Data-driven approach</b> to planning, prioritization, and reporting;<br>- <b>Upper-intermediate English level</b>.<br><br><b>PERKS AND BENEFITS</b><br>- <b>Professional growth:</b> Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.<br>- <b>Competitive compensation:</b> USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.<br>- <b>Exciting projects:</b> Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies.<br>- <b>Flextime:</b> Flexible schedule with remote and office options.<br><br>
