Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring high-quality food preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and a creative flair for menu development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation processes
- Maintain food safety standards and practices in compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs effectively
- Supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in shift management and maintaining high-quality standards during peak hours
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Creative flair for menu development and adapting to changing culinary trends
