<h3><strong>Role Overview</strong></h3> <p>This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in funnel building, CRM systems, marketing tech, and automation who enjoys both executing and leading projects. You will own technical projects from start to finish, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every system works exactly as intended.</p> <p>You must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a high level of quality.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Take ownership of technical projects and drive them to completion.</li> <li>Build and launch funnels, checkout pages, opt-in pages, and websites.</li> <li>Implement automations, tagging, workflows, and integrations across platforms.</li> <li>Manage CRM setup, maintenance, and optimization.</li> <li>Coordinate with team members to ensure projects move forward on schedule.</li> <li>Set up and manage product launches, event tech, and campaign builds.</li> <li>QA all builds to ensure accuracy, functionality, and user experience.</li> <li>Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and find solutions independently.</li> <li>Build and maintain systems in Ontraport, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Zapier, and related tools.</li> <li>Organize and track work inside Asana and ensure tasks are completed.</li> <li>Improve existing systems and recommend better solutions.</li> <li>Maintain strong attention to detail across all technical work.</li> <li>Ensure all projects are finished fully — not partially complete.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong experience with digital marketing, funnels, CRM systems, automations, and website builds.</li> <li>High proficiency in Ontraport, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Zapier, WordPress, Google Sheets, and similar tools.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage projects and follow them through to completion.</li> <li>Extremely detail-oriented and quality-driven.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving ability and solution-focused mindset.</li> <li>Ability to take initiative without waiting for instructions.</li> <li>Comfortable coordinating with team members and keeping projects on track.</li> <li>Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.</li> <li>Someone aligned with companys mission and excited to be part of a purpose-driven team.</li> </ul>
