Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member’s performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member’s immediate Leadership Team Member.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><u>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Develop test strategies for new system functionality.</p></li><li><p>Introduce and support use of automation tools and frameworks as needed for successful delivery.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams, in an Agile/SCRUM environment, to develop a comprehensive set of tests.</p></li><li><p>Implement automated tests for both functional testing (new functionality) and regression testing (existing functionality).</p></li><li><p>Assist with manual and exploratory testing as needed for successful delivery.</p></li><li><p>Analyze failed tests, produce reports, and manage defects using the defect tracking tool.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose failures and gather comprehensive information to assist in defect resolution.</p></li><li><p>Work hard / play hard attitude… Have fun.</p></li><li><p>Align conduct with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and support the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Program.</p></li><li><p>Comply with all internal policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Actively participate in Company provided training and education.</p></li><li><p>Ensure individual compliance with all privacy and security rules and regulations and commit to the protection of all Company confidential information, including but not limited to, Personal Health Information.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of software testing experience with focus on automation, in a web-based, cloud-hosted enterprise application.</p></li><li><p>Deep hands-on experience using modern test automation tools and frameworks for web-based application and RESTful APIs.</p></li><li><p>Good practical knowledge of a programming or scripting language <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">(TypeScript/JavaScript,</span> Python, C#).</p></li><li><p>Familiar with SQL scripting, preferably in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</p></li><li><p>Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><u>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</u></b></p><ul><li><span><span>Background in the medical or pharmaceutical fields is a <b>plus</b></span></span></li><li><span><span>Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCC) is a <b>great plus</b></span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience with AI-powered testing tools and frameworks</span></span></li><li><span><span>Prior experience in healthcare IT</span></span></li><li><span><span>Knowledge of cloud computing (Windows Azure, Amazon Web Services, etc.)</span></span></li><li><span><span>Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and pipelines</span></span></li></ul><p><b><u>TRAVEL:</u></b> None</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</b><br><b>Note:</b> Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described.
