Your understanding of AstraZeneca’s Respiratory portfolio will improve relationships with Specialists in assigned territory.  This territory is critical to our overall success as it has broad impact not only locally but provincially and nationally.</p><p>In this exciting position:</p><ul><li>You will build and implement key account plans for tertiary and targeted community hospitals including several key academic Institutions.</li><li>Your entrepreneurial ability will allow you to craft mutually beneficial value propositions, tailored to specific needs and challenges</li><li>Your communication style will easily disseminate the scientific and clinical benefits of our products to top research and clinical practitioners integrating a patient centric approach to build positive outcomes for patients.  You will achieve this through a multifaceted approach including Face to Face and Virtual/Digital Channels.</li><li>Your affinity for people will naturally build strong affiliations with your team and customers ensuring reciprocal working relationships</li><li>You will collaborate closely with your Primary Care, Bio-Resp, and Medical colleagues to enhance AstraZeneca’s Leadership in Respiratory Medicine.</li><li>You will also have additional responsibilities with Key Respiratory Stakeholders as a regional lead.</li><li>Responsible for collecting and reporting Adverse Events in accordance with AstraZeneca policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>You have a B.Sc. or a B.Comm. Degree or equivalent, and three years of pharmaceutical sales experience</li><li>You have strong scientific knowledge of Respiratory diseases and demonstrated track record of high collaboration to achieve business success.</li><li>You have had success working within key tertiary hospitals and have a strong <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">understanding/Experience</span> of Key Account Management.  Academic Hospital experience is preferred.  Experience in this particular territory and customers is a strong advantage.</li><li>You positively impact and influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships.</li><li>You have excellent negotiation, presentation, project management and strong communication skills</li><li>You have demonstrated strong impact and results not only through face-to-face interactions, but also strong digital and virtual capabilities to maximize results.</li><li>You are committed to a developing a cohesive team environment</li><li>You hold a valid Driver's license</li></ul><p>Great People want to Work with us! The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations.
