You'll sit at the center of every new deployment — orchestrating the work between customers and Laurel's implementation engineers, keeping projects on track, and ensuring every go-live is high quality, not just on time.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is for someone who is equally comfortable in a kickoff call with a customer's executive team and a technical deep-dive with an engineer. You translate complexity into clarity, manage competing priorities without losing momentum, and treat Time to Value as a guiding metric — never at the expense of the customer experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and CSM handoff.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Orchestrate deployment of the Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom in coordination with implementation engineers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Guide customers through technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Run kickoff calls and host ongoing office hours for end users and finance teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Triage issues in real time — escalating to engineering or leadership appropriately while maintaining customer confidence.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Coordinate with CSMs on adoption strategies and active user growth as customers move through and beyond go-live.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent accounts using tools like Asana and Microsoft Planner.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Translate technical concepts — integration architecture, XPATH-based mapping, API behaviors — into clear language for stakeholders at all levels.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Apply agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows to scale your own effectiveness and bring creative efficiency to implementation challenges.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, or comparable platforms; strong task-oriented design instincts.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Technical aptitude to work directly with engineers — experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms is a strong plus.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Familiarity with enterprise tech stacks: Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Working knowledge of or strong curiosity about agentic AI tools and process automation — you use these tools, not just know of them.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Excellent communicator across all settings: executive briefings, customer calls, written updates, and engineering stand-ups.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>Why join Laurel:</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">To date, we've secured significant funding from renowned venture capitalists (Google Ventures, IVP, Anthos, Upfront Ventures), as well as notable individuals like Marc Benioff, Gokul Rajaram, Kevin Weil, and Alexis Ohanian</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A smart, fun, collaborative, and inclusive team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Great employee benefits, including equity and 401K</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bi-annual, in-person company off-sites, in unique locations, to grow and share time with the team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An opportunity to perform at your best while growing, making a meaningful impact on the company's trajectory, and embodying our core values: understanding your "why," dancing in the rain, being your whole self, and sanctifying time</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">We encourage diverse perspectives and rigorous thinkers who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
