This role partners closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill, niche, and business-critical roles.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position leverages market intelligence, innovative sourcing techniques, and data-driven insights to influence recruiting strategies, improve candidate quality, and enhance overall hiring outcomes. The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner plays a key role in building long-term talent pipelines and strengthening the organization’s competitive position in the talent market.</p> <h2>Essential Job Functions</h2> <ul> <li>Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to understand position requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles</li> <li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and campaigns to attract qualified candidates, with a focus on passive talent and hard-to-fill roles</li> <li>Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for critical and recurring roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent</li> <li>Source candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking, employee referrals, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems</li> <li>Engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates, acting as a talent advisor to promote opportunities and enhance candidate experience</li> <li>Conduct market and industry research to provide insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and compensation trends</li> <li>Translate labor market data and sourcing metrics into actionable recommendations for Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders</li> <li>Identify and optimize sourcing channels, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and candidate quality; proactively leverage AI strategies and stay current on market trends</li> <li>Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to align sourcing strategies with overall recruiting goals and hiring timelines</li> <li>Track and document candidate activity, sourcing efforts, and pipeline progress within the applicant tracking system</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed established sourcing metrics and pipeline goals to support timely and high-quality hiring outcomes</li> </ul> <h2>Other Job Functions</h2> <ul> <li>Support talent acquisition campaigns, events, and workforce planning initiatives</li> <li>Research and recommend new sourcing tools, technologies, and process improvements</li> <li>Assist with interview coordination, scheduling, and logistical support as needed</li> <li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process enhancements within Talent Acquisition</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li> <li>Ability to work off-hours when required</li> </ul> <h2>Basic Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred</li> <li>5+ years of talent sourcing, required</li> <li>Healthcare industry sourcing experience, strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated experience utilizing multiple sourcing platforms and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, social searches, networking, etc.)</li> <li>Experience with applicant tracking systems required; iCIMS & Workday experience preferred</li> <li>Review market trends and data to identify opportunities, develop new sourcing strategies, and explore innovative approaches to attract top talent</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English</li> </ul>
