This role requires a professional who combines strong technical command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Metasearch with a commercial mindset rooted in the hotel business model.</p> <p>You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns that directly impact bookings, ADR, and total revenue. Working within an agency environment, you’ll manage multiple hotel portfolios simultaneously, ensuring each campaign aligns with seasonal demand trends, market conditions, and client objectives.</p> <p>Success in this role demands not only technical excellence but also the ability to interpret data, communicate insights clearly, and collaborate cross-functionally with our SEO, analytics, and creative teams. You’ll act as both strategist and operator — turning data into actionable growth plans that help our hotel partners reduce OTA reliance and maximize their direct revenue potential.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Advertising Strategy &amp; Execution</p> <p>• Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and Metasearch platforms such as Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, and Trivago.</p> <p>• Develop media strategies that drive direct bookings, maximize ROAS, and decrease OTA dependency.</p> <p>• Plan budgets, allocate spend by market and seasonality, and adjust bidding strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.</p> <p>• Implement structured testing and continuous optimization across campaigns, audiences, and placements.</p> <p>Metasearch Management</p> <p>• Oversee day-to-day performance of Google Hotel Ads and other metasearch channels, ensuring rate accuracy and data integrity.</p> <p>• Work with booking engine and connectivity partners to manage feeds, troubleshoot errors, and improve visibility.</p> <p>• Optimize bidding strategies and monitor competitiveness against OTA listings and other direct channels.</p> <p>Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting</p> <p>• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, ADR, and booking value.</p> <p>• Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to create transparent, data-driven performance reports.</p> <p>• Identify actionable insights from campaign trends, conversion data, and booking engine behavior.</p> <p>• Present results and strategic recommendations directly to account leads and client stakeholders.</p> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <p>• Work with Account Managers, Analytics, and SEO teams to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.</p> <p>• Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure ads are aligned with campaign strategy, brand positioning, and conversion intent.</p> <p>• Support onboarding and paid media setup for new hotel clients or property launches.</p> <p>Innovation &amp; Optimization</p> <p>• Stay current with platform updates, AI-driven ad optimization, and new targeting opportunities in the travel sector.</p> <p>• Lead structured experiments to improve campaign performance and efficiency.</p> <p>• Maintain up-to-date certifications and apply emerging best practices from Google Ads, Meta, and Metasearch ecosystems.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Experience &amp; Expertise</p> <p>Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related platforms.<br /> At least 3 years of direct experience managing advertising for hotels, resorts, or hospitality brands, with a focus on driving direct bookings and improving ROAS.<br /> Demonstrated success leading multi-channel advertising strategies — including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.<br /> Proven experience managing and optimizing Metasearch platforms (Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago, Kayak, etc.).<br /> Strong command of Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram), including audience targeting, Advantage+ campaigns, and travel-specific retargeting.<br /> Practical experience working with booking engines, rate parity tools, and connectivity partners.<br /> Deep understanding of hotel performance metrics (ADR, occupancy, booking window, length of stay, and revenue).<br /> Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for campaign tracking, analysis, and performance reporting.</p> <p>Technical &amp; Analytical Skills</p> <p>Skilled in bid strategy optimization, attribution modeling, and conversion tracking across platforms.<br /> Capable of diagnosing tracking and data integrity issues (UTMs, pixels, feed mismatches).<br /> Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.<br /> Familiarity with AI-driven ad optimization tools, automation scripts, and data layering for advanced targeting.</p> <p>Professional Attributes</p> <p>Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple hotel portfolios concurrently under strict deadlines.<br /> Confident communicator who can present insights and strategies clearly to both internal teams and clients.<br /> Strong commercial acumen — understands how advertising performance connects to hotel profitability.<br /> Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated — thrives in a high-performance, agency-driven environment.<br /> Committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of digital advertising and hospitality marketing trends.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
