In this high-impact role, you will go beyond campaign management to drive the overarching success of our B2B client portfolio. You will act as a <strong data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="309">trusted advisor</strong> to high-value accounts, translating complex business goals into sophisticated marketing strategies and ensuring our SDR, Lead Gen, and copywriting teams execute with precision.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">As a Senior leader, your mission is twofold: ensuring the exceptional delivery of PersistIQ products and fostering the professional growth of our Account Management team. You will be a key driver of retention and expansion, identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating risks before they impact the partnership.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong style="font-size: 24px;">RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Collaborate with Account Directors and their AM teams to support consistent, high-quality client delivery across PersistIQ accounts. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Act as a resource and point of escalation for Account Managers, helping to resolve client issues and reinforce best practices. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Support leadership initiatives focused on improving efficiency and the delivery of PersistIQ products and services. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Participate in the recruiting process, including candidate review and interviews for Account Manager roles. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Contribute to the onboarding and ongoing training of new and existing Account Managers. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Attend leadership and cross-functional meetings as required, representing the AM team and contributing to strategic discussions. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Ability to lead under pressure and respond to changing work situations </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Capacity to manage global teams and complex projects seamlessly </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Outstanding communication skills (ability to convey information effectively) </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Exceptional time management and organizational skills </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally, and at all levels of management - in person, on the phone and through email </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Perform other duties as assigned.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong style="font-size: 24px;">QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Proven leadership and proactive ownership, with the ability to guide teams, anticipate needs, and drive initiatives forward. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to understand operational priorities, client goals, and revenue-impacting decisions. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Exceptional client‑experience mindset, consistently delivering high‑quality service </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
