Job DetailsJob Location: 1740 COFRIN DR - GREEN BAY, WI 54302Position Type: Full TimeSales Executive ATM, Crypto Kiosk & Cash Recycler Solutions  Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred)  Compensation:  Base Salary: $120,000 plus commissions  Potential Earnings: $220,000 by Year 2  Position Summary  We are seeking a high performing Senior Sales Executive with deep experience in the ATM, cash recycler, and or crypto kiosk industry to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in financial technology and cash automation solutions.  This role focuses on selling end to end “Bank in a Box” solutions, including:  ATM and ITM deployments  Cash recyclers  Crypto kiosks  Full service cash management programs  The ideal candidate brings a strong network, consultative sales expertise, and a proven track record of closing complex, multi component deals.  Key Responsibilities  Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across financial institutions, retail, and independent operators  Sell integrated solutions including hardware, software, and managed services  Lead full cycle sales process: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing  Position cash automation and crypto solutions as strategic tools for cost reduction and revenue generation  Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers (C suite, operations, treasury, and retail leadership)  Collaborate with internal teams on solution design, pricing strategy, and implementation handoff  Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting  Stay current on industry trends, including fintech, crypto regulations, and cash management innovations   Required Qualifications  5 years of direct sales experience in the ATM, cash recycler, or payments industry  Proven success selling:  ATMs or ITMs  Cash recyclers  Managed cash services  Crypto kiosks (strongly preferred)  Experience with full service cash management programs (vaulting, CIT coordination, cash forecasting, etc.)  Demonstrated ability to close high value, consultative sales deals  Strong financial and operational acumen  Established industry relationships and network  Preferred Qualifications  Experience selling “Bank in a Box” or integrated fintech solutions  Knowledge of compliance considerations in:  Cash handling  Financial services  Cryptocurrency  KYC  AML  Background working with ISOs, banks, credit unions, or large retail chains  Why Join Us  Sell cutting edge fintech and cash automation solutions in a rapidly evolving market  High value deal sizes with recurring revenue components  Remote flexibility with national reach  Direct impact on company growth and market expansion  Competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance  Ideal Candidate Profile  Hunter mentality with strategic sales discipline  Comfortable selling complex, multi layered solutions  Entrepreneurial and self directed  Credible advisor to financial and retail clients  Driven by high earnings potential and long term account development  Join a company that invests in you.
