This is a critical backfill role to support our ongoing projects alongside our onsite and existing nearshore teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Rails framework and the ability to work effectively within a North American timezone.<h1> Key Requirements</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Technical Focus: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.</li><li>Seniority: Mid-level. You should be capable of working independently without constant supervision, though this is not a Lead or Senior Architect position.</li><li>Location: Must be located in LATAM (Latin America), excluding Brazil.
