This is a critical backfill role to support our ongoing projects alongside our onsite and existing nearshore teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Rails framework and the ability to work effectively within a North American timezone.</p><h1><br><strong>Key Requirements</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Technical Focus: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Seniority: Mid-level. You should be capable of working independently without constant supervision, though this is not a Lead or Senior Architect position.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Location: Must be located in LATAM (Latin America), excluding Brazil.
