The Virtual Clinic together with UWH affiliated practices have the unique opportunity to serve a woman’s healthcare needs – both virtually and in-person – throughout her life and hormone journey. In this role you will provide women with the best healthcare in the world through virtual nutrition and lifestyle services to address hormone and health concerns including weight (with and without weight loss medications), PCOS, fertility, pre-diabetes, cardiometabolic health, peri and post menopause. This takes an individual who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about clinical care, and ready to join a team of RDNs committed to improving women’s health. Services are provided through 1:1 telehealth sessions and chat/SMS service.</span></p> <br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Delivery of 1:1 digital health service with customized patient plans and supportive accountability based on a patient’s personal goals, medical intake, clinical assessment, and prior encounters with other medical providers and clinicians. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
