This is a critical remote role for a true &#8220;hustler&#8221; who can seamlessly manage projects across a global, multicultural team. This position is ideal for a mid- to senior-level professional, but we are also open to a greener candidate who demonstrates an aggressive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn.</p> <p>Your role is to be the engine that drives projects forward. You will be responsible for meticulous organization, exceptional follow-up, and ensuring that our projects are delivered with urgency and attention to detail. We operate with a lean, responsive culture, and we need a team member who understands the hustle and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><em>Project Management &amp; Organization:</em><br /> Manage and organize projects using our internal client portal, ensuring all services and client information are up-to-date.<br /> Perform manual management and organization of projects to ensure accuracy and clarity.<br /> Maintain meticulous records and a strong attention to detail in all project-related documentation.<br /> <em>Client &amp; Internal Communication:</em><br /> Be a great communicator, providing regular check-ins and proactive updates to leaders and clients.<br /> Use Slack, Dropbox, and email to facilitate communication and collaboration with a global team across different departments and cultures (including teams in Europe and India).<br /> Exhibit a tenacity to push people forward, using organizational skills to ensure accountability and progress.<br /> <em>Follow-Up &amp; Execution:</em><br /> Consistently follow up on tasks and deliverables, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.<br /> Take a bias for action and be a self-starter who doesn&#8217;t wait for direction.<br /> Manage urgent requests and balance them with ongoing priorities.</p> <p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience: </strong></p> <p>We are open to mid- to senior-level talent, or an ambitious candidate with a demonstrated hustler&#8217;s mindset.</p> <p><strong>Skills:</strong><br /> Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.<br /> A tenacious and proactive approach to project management.<br /> Ability to make yourself available and work flexibly to balance urgent requests.<br /> Experience with CRM or PM software (e.g., HubSpot, Asana) is a plus, but not required.<br /> We use an in-house software to manage our projects, but prior experience with PM/CRM software is helpful to navigate through our systems.</p> <p><strong>Mindset:</strong><br /> Adaptable and sensitive to different cultures and communication styles.<br /> A self-starter who is not complacent and is driven to grow.<br /> A great communicator who is responsive, attentive, and urgent in their work.<br /> Someone who understands the nature of a salaried role and is willing to be flexible in return for flexibility.<br /> Location: South Africa is the preferred location to allow for a convenient overlap with both Europe and US Eastern time zones.</p>
