The role involves enabling integration for SSO, UX, and AI-driven functionality across web portals, APIs, and automated processes.</p><p>This position requires a hands-on engineer with strong experience in building and operating scalable cloud-native systems end-to-end.</p><p></p><p><b>We are looking for a Operational Engineer who will:</b></p><ul><li><p>Design and implement cross-product integration solutions across SSO, UX, APIs, and automated workflows.</p></li><li><p>Build, test, deploy, and operate services end-to-end across the platform.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation on AWS.</p></li><li><p>Work with containerized applications and Kubernetes-based orchestration.</p></li><li><p>Develop features and automation using Python and C#.</p></li><li><p>Ensure operational excellence by delivering highly available and scalable systems with monitoring, alerting, and incident response.</p></li><li><p>Manage Work Order processes for onboarding internal applications and external customer identity providers.</p></li><li><p>Own the full lifecycle of services including development, deployment, and production operations.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and integration across systems.</p></li><li><p>Leverage AI code assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf) to enhance development efficiency.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Is this opportunity right for you?
