<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Marketing &amp; Social Media Assistant</p> <p><strong>Reports To:</strong> Briana Philippe, Founder</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (operates within US EST time, ideally)</p> <p><strong>Role Summary:</strong> The Marketing &amp; Social Media Assistant at Seven Mornings is a pivotal support role that drives the smooth execution of marketing projects, client communications, and social channels. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual eager to grow in marketing and thrive in a dynamic environment. You’ll manage day-to-day social media tasks, support client and vendor coordination, and keep project workflows organized — blending operational support with creative execution to strengthen our marketing services.</p> <p><strong>Marketing Services Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage lead intake via scheduling discovery calls, managing follow-ups, and organizing meetings with prospective clients as needed.</li> <li>Support vendor communications to ensure timely and effective service delivery, invoice tracking, and other related tasks.</li> <li>Update project trackers and flag upcoming deadlines to the Founder and team.</li> <li>Support the Agency/Founder’s LinkedIn presence by drafting, scheduling, and reporting on posts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Social Media Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage social media calendars, communicating scheduling adjustments as needed.<br /> Schedule and publish social media assets for multiple client accounts.</li> <li>Write social media copy and repurpose existing content ideas into posts. MAJOR PLUS if you have video editing skills.</li> <li>Oversee community engagement and customer interactions on social media – respond to comments, direct mentions, and private messages.</li> <li>Export performance results using native platform tools and reporting platforms like Sprout Social/Hootsuite.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborative and Coachable – able to work well with teams, share/receive/implement clear feedback.</li> <li>Strong Organizational Support – process and timeline-oriented; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple trackers and tasks in different stages concurrently.</li> <li>Strong Copywriting – grammar, sentence structure, spelling, etc.; able to write engaging on-brand copy for social media responses (with provided training).</li> <li>Social Media Savvy – Deep understanding of social-first and native user behaviors across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience working with social media channels; experience with publishing and reporting tools, ie. Hootsuite, Sprout Social.</li> <li>Customer service experience via written customer response on social media platforms.</li> <li>BONUS: editing experience for video and static assets via Canva, CapCut, etc.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Contract Details:</strong> 10+ hrs per week to start, with flex to increase based on client workload and growth</p>
