<p><span style="font-weight: bold">POSITION DESCRIPTION:</span></p> <p>The HR Associate serves as a champion of employee engagement and learning and development, helping to foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing work environment. This role leads the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance the employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and promote continuous learning and professional growth. By aligning engagement and development programs with business goals and organizational priorities, the HR Associate supports employee satisfaction, capability building, and overall workforce performance. In addition, this role provides support for other HR administrative tasks, reporting directly to the HR Manager.<br></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Employee Engagement:</span></p> <p>•    Design, manage, and implement the annual employee engagement calendar of activities.<br>•    Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities then conduct engagement surveys and analyse results to identify trends and recommend action plans.<br>•    Lead the end-to-end execution of engagement programs, from conceptualization to execution and post-event review.<br>•    Develop initiatives that foster collaboration, belonging, and retention<br>•    Act as primary point of contact and lead coordinator for all employee engagement activities. <br>•    Manage monthly PHP Bonding Session.<br>•    Manage year-end party venues, suppliers, and ensure smooth logistics execution.<br>•    Monthly email communications to the PH team regarding relevant local events and occasions.<br>•    Prepare and distribute greeting cards for employee birthdays and work anniversary celebrations to ensure a personalized and timely recognition experience (Recocards)<br>•    Assist in managing employee recognition programs to celebrate achievement and milestones (As required)<br>•    Support the execution of P&C global employee engagement survey.<br>•    Monitor employee sentiment and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.<br></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Learning & Development:</span></p> <p>•    Design, develop, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives, including leadership development, professional skill training and role- based pathways.  <br>•    Identify and source relevant external training programs and providers to complement internal leaning initiatives. <br>•    Establish and maintain effective relationship with external training companies. (e.g., training agencies, and Philippine local agencies)<br>•    Promote learning experiences that contribute to a positive workplace culture.<br>•    Guide employees to navigate new platform to increase adoption and engagement<br>•    Contribute to the enhancement of new employee onboarding programs to ensure effective integration.<br>•    Prepare all necessary instructions materials, checklists, reports, documentation required in the conduct of learning and development program<br>•    Champion a culture of continuous learning and stay updated on emerging L&D industry trends.<br>•    Perform other activities and projects that may be assigned by immediate superior<br>•    Monitoring and coordinating bi-annual employee performance reviews<br>•    Facilitation of 30, 60, 90-day Employee check-in (Calendar invites and BHR document)<br></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">HR Admin Tasks:</span></p> <p>•    Conduct HR orientation for newly hired employees, ensuring the PowerPoint presentation is up to date<br>•    Prepare and send employee welcome kits<br>•    Generate and summarize the monthly WorkTango report<br>•    Prepare the monthly PHP EOM report<br>•    Provide fortnightly updates on LinkedIn Learning and OX Academy via Klaviyo<br>•    Monitor and distribute PH holiday advisories (as required)<br>•    Prepare any ad hoc reports/tasks as required</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:</span></p> <p>•    Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or any related field</p> <p>•    With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement and learning & development management role<br>•    Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills<br>•    Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences<br>•    High sense of ownership, innovation and continuous improvement<br>•    Ability to build rapport with employees, managers, and business leaders<br>•    Preferably with experience in working in multinational or culturally diverse team<br>•    Resourceful, adaptable and resilient<br>•    Effective team player and capacity to innovate and produce creative ideas<br>•    With strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing timelines, budgets, and logistics for employee events<br>•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)<br>•    Strategic thinker with ability to execute in a fast-paced environment<br></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Candidates must be located in the Philippines.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">40 Hours per Week (Monday -
