Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue.  </p><p>Our end‑to‑end platform gives companies a best‑in‑class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support.   </p><p>We work with many globally recognised clients, particularly within sport, so if you're a sporting fan this could be a great fit!   <br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES  <br><br>What can you expect?  </strong><br><br>You'll be part of a supportive and innovative team that values collaboration and creativity. You'll have the flexibility of working remotely, with variable hours to cover events around the world and help ensure smooth live operations across a 24-hour schedule. You'll work closely with exciting sports clients and content, gaining unique experience in a fast-moving live environment. <br><br><strong>This role will provide you with the opportunity to: </strong></p><ul><li>Execute live content operations for clients, ensuring content is published accurately and on time.  </li><li>Manage detail-heavy, repeatable workflows with consistency and a high standard of quality.  </li><li>Monitor live content activity and respond quickly to issues, deadlines, and changing priorities during events.  </li><li>Use judgement to resolve routine operational issues independently, escalating when needed and with clear context.  </li><li>Maintain strong quality control across client content and live workflows.  </li><li>Work across internal tools and systems to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.  </li><li>Support the delivery of a reliable, high-quality experience for clients and end users.  </li><li>Embrace AI-first ways of working, showing curiosity about new tools and a willingness to adopt better, faster ways of operating. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce errors, and make day-to-day operations more effective.  </li></ul><p><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS   <br><br>What's important to us:  </strong></p><ul><li>Reliable access to a stable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.  </li><li>Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and hours aligned with live events and US coverage needs.  </li><li>A strong track record of getting operational work done accurately, reliably, and on time.  </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards in repetitive but business-critical tasks.  </li><li>Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.  </li><li>Ability to follow established processes consistently, while also applying good judgement when something falls outside the playbook.  </li><li>Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of problems before escalating.  </li><li>Confidence in figuring things out, using available resources, and making sensible decisions in fast-moving situations.  </li><li>Curious, coachable, and quick to learn new tools, systems, and ways of working, including AI-enabled workflows. </li><li>Clear written communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.  </li><li>A proactive mindset with the energy to take initiative and keep work moving.  </li></ul><p><br><strong>What’s nice to have: </strong></p><ul><li>Experience in operations, content operations, publishing, coordination, moderation, or other execution-focused roles.  </li><li>Experience in environments where accuracy, speed, judgement, and consistency all matter.  </li><li>Experience handling live, time-sensitive, or deadline-driven work.  </li><li>Experience using CMS platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, ticketing systems, or workflow tools.  </li><li>Experience identifying issues, solving routine problems independently, and knowing when escalation is truly needed.  </li><li>Experience improving processes or making day-to-day operational workflows more efficient.  </li><li>Experience in a SaaS, media, sports, or digital content environment.  </li><li>A strong interest in sports and live events.</li></ul><p><br><strong>RECRUITMENT PROCESS <br>​​​​​​​</strong><br>Firstly, you will be invited to complete an online video interview. </p><p lang="en-gb">Secondly, if the initial call goes well, you will be invited for an interview with Alex, our Senior Project Manager.
