Pay Rate: $40–46 per hour + 4% vacation pay

What’s a typical day as Change Manager? You’ll be:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies to support the rollout of a new sign-in and authentication system.
  • Conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to ensure alignment across program workstreams.
  • Creating and executing effective communication plans tailored for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Integrating change management activities into detailed project plans and collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Designing and delivering training, coaching sessions, and resources to support adoption.
  • Proactively identifying and managing resistance while tracking user adoption and overall engagement.
  • Guiding leaders and providing executive updates on change progress and challenges.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in change management or complex project/program management.
  • Have demonstrated success leading change for multifaceted transformation initiatives.
  • Are highly knowledgeable in change management strategies, methodologies, and frameworks (such as Prosci or ADKAR).
  • Excel at communication, influencing stakeholders, and navigating cross-functional environments.
  • Preferred: Change management certification, experience in agile or enterprise-scale environments, background in technology implementations, and ability to coach senior leaders.
