We foster continuous learning, regular feedback, and open communication with Executive Leadership, ensuring contributions are acknowledged in a transparent work environment.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We’re hiring a remote B2B Email Marketing &amp; Automation Specialist to architect and execute intelligent programs that transform how we nurture leads, onboard partners, and drive conversions globally.</p> <p>You’ll be the strategic owner of our entire email lifecycle — from initial lead nurture to partner onboarding and customer activation. You’ll design journeys that deliver the right message at the right time, using behavioral triggers and segmentation, while guiding content strategy.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to build the email marketing function from scratch. As we scale, we’re ready to implement a unified Zoho ecosystem strategy with full visibility across touchpoints. You’ll architect our infrastructure, define measurement systems, and shape best practices to support our growth.</p> <p>OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or channel-led environments. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, see process improvement as opportunity rather than obstacle, and you&#8217;re collaborative, solution-oriented, and inspired by AI tools to optimize the full lifecycle journey.</p> <p>Your performance will be measured by revenue impact, email engagement metrics (open rates, CTRs, bounce/unsubscribe rates), lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-SQL conversions with CRM attribution, timely deployment of automated journeys, monthly A/B testing with documented results, stakeholder feedback on campaign integration, and list hygiene/deliverability standards.</p> <p>You&#8217;ll be part of the GTM (Go-to-Market) Tribe within the Demand Generation Pod, working alongside the Campaign Strategist, Marketing Automation &amp; Lead Ops specialist, Data &amp; Performance Analyst, and regional BDRs. You&#8217;ll collaborate with other GTM tribe pods including Strategic Alliances &amp; Telcos, Regional Growth (NA Reseller Activation, LATAM, EMEA &amp; APAC), Customer Success, and RFPs to ensure your email marketing efforts support broader go-to-market objectives.
