Experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 7AM to 3PM Pacific Time (slightly flexible)

Salary: $2,000-$4000 depending on experience and location.

We require you to maintain exclusive employment with us and do not permit engagement in other part-time jobs.

About the Company

Sculpd is a fast growing arts & craft brand that is scaling on Amazon.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to manage and optimise our Amazon presence across multiple marketplaces.

This role will be responsible for improving listing performance, managing operational tasks within Amazon Seller Central, ensuring catalog and compliance health, and reporting on channel performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on Amazon experience managing Amazon accounts, strong analytical skills, and experience collaborating with marketing and design teams to improve listing conversion.

This is a remote role working closely with our eCommerce team.

Responsibilities

Listing Optimisation

  • Optimise product listings to improve conversion rate and keyword rankings

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

  • Update titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms

  • Manage and improve A+ content and product images

Catalog & Listing Management

  • Maintain catalog health across all ASINs

  • Fix suppressed listings and listing errors

  • Manage variation listings and product attributes

  • Work with Amazon Seller Support to resolve catalog issues

Amazon Operations

  • Create and manage FBA inbound shipments

  • Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stockouts

  • Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies and requirements

Promotions & Deals

  • Manage Amazon promotions, coupons, and deals

  • Coordinate promotions with inventory availability

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and report on key metrics including:

    • Revenue

    • Conversion rate

    • Sessions

    • Keyword rankings

    • Inventory health

  • Identify opportunities to improve Amazon performance

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Work with designers to update:

    • Product images

    • Infographics

    • A+ content

    • Amazon Brand Store

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing Amazon accounts

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central

  • Experience managing $1M+ Amazon accounts preferred

  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimisation

  • Experience managing FBA shipments and Amazon catalog issues

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
