We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and data analysis, with extensive experience using Tableau to create insightful and actionable dashboards and reports. As a Software Tableau Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality visualizations that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business analytics and decision-making processes. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Create and optimize data models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business performance. • Implement best practices in data visualization to ensure dashboards are intuitive, user-friendly, and effectively communicate key insights. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports. • Stay up to date with the latest Tableau features, updates, and industry trends to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visualizations. • Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively use Tableau dashboards and reports. • Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and availability. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for Tableau development. Here's what you need: • Active Secret Security clearance • 5 years' experience designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support business analytics and decision-making processes. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role. • Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online. • Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases. • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred experience: • Experience with other data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView. • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Certification in Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate). Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
