<p>At American Express, our Strategy Data Analytics team is responsible for driving strategic decisions and solutions through the analysis of data. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team and help us make data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analytics and an understanding of the American Express business model.The successful candidate will have a degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics, and at least two years of experience in data analytics. They should have a strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, and a passion for problem solving. They should have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments. An understanding of business and financial concepts is also a plus.We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can effectively present data and insights to all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: Work with the Strategy Data Analytics team to analyze data and develop insights to drive strategic decisions and solutions. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to develop data-driven business decisions. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure data accuracy and that insights are being used effectively. Develop presentations to effectively present data and insights to all levels of the organization. Maintain a strong understanding of business and financial concepts. Monitor industry trends and evaluate their impact on the American Express business model. Monitor data accuracy and integrity. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques.
