This position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including sales in excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. This position is located in Medley, FL.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI - Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Work with vendors to coordinate material delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
  • Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.
  • Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.
  • Generate purchase orders (POs) and ensure the timely delivery of all necessary materials.
  • Identify potential material shortages, supply chain issues, or logistical problems and escalate or mitigate risks as needed to prevent project disruptions.


Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement
  • 3+ years of experience performing inventory management, stock planning, and material requirements planning (MRP) analysis
  • 3+ years of material planning experience related to import and export processes.
  • ERP/SAP systems experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skillset
  • Knowledge of import and export documentation
