We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support enterprise IT modernization and operational visibility initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including discovery, CMDB, event management, and service mapping, to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 ServiceNow Development

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Build and customize workflows, scripts, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
  • Develop solutions following ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
  • Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements

🔹 ITOM Implementation & Support

  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
    • Discovery
    • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
    • Service Mapping
    • Event Management
    • Orchestration / Automation
  • Ensure accurate CI data population and relationships within CMDB
  • Configure and optimize monitoring, alerting, and incident correlation

🔹 Integration & Automation

  • Integrate ServiceNow with:
    • Monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace)
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
    • Third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Develop automation workflows to reduce manual processes and improve incident response

🔹 Data & Configuration Management

  • Maintain and improve CMDB data quality, governance, and structure
  • Implement data normalization and reconciliation processes
  • Support asset and configuration lifecycle management

🔹 Operations & Performance

  • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Participate in on-call or operational support as needed

🔹 Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with:
    • Infrastructure teams
