We are seeking a dependable and guest-focused hospitality professional to join our team in a part-time overnight role. This position plays an important part in delivering a smooth and welcoming experience for guests by balancing front desk service, nightly accounting duties, and property support during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of service.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests warmly, handle late-night check-ins and early departures, and assist with guest inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Process room charges, payments, and adjustments accurately while following established hotel procedures.
  • Complete nightly audit functions, including reconciling transactions, reviewing reports, and verifying balances.
  • Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure financial and operational records are complete and accurate.
  • Monitor the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns when possible, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Assist with housekeeping, maintenance, and management communication to support smooth overnight operations.
  • Follow brand standards and company policies to support a consistent guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is preferred, ideally in a Marriott-branded environment or similar full-service setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with numbers and reports.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, remain focused overnight, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfort using hotel property management systems, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Reliable attendance and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with nightly audit, accounting reconciliation, or cashiering responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with hospitality brand standards and guest service practices.
  • Basic understanding of hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
