<p>Sensor Tower is seeking a Manager of Innovation Strategy to join our I&S team as it continues to grow and deliver cutting-edge market intelligence solutions to our most valued clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Innovation and Strategy, this role offers a unique opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in data analytics and consulting. You will collaborate directly with customers and engineers to develop and implement innovative market data solutions, contributing to Sensor Tower's leadership in the industry. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Please note:</strong> This is an individual contributor role with no management responsibilities. </p> <p><strong>Employment:</strong> Full-time under a B2B contract.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>What the Manager of Innovation Strategy will do:</b><ul> <li>Entrepreneurial Innovation & Data Utilization: Leverage your hands-on experience with data to explore and define innovative solutions, developing new use-cases for data assets that scale to create strategic opportunities</li> <li>Data-Driven Storytelling: Employ strong analytical and storytelling skills to transform complex data into compelling narratives that communicate insights and persuade stakeholders both internally and externally.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and customers to develop and implement comprehensive solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and integration</li> <li>Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Fortune 500 companies, ensuring their success through strategic insights and tailored solutions.</li> <li>Sales & Strategic Support: Partner with the Sales Team to support business development efforts, articulating the strategic impact of our solutions and aiding in the proposal process. <div> </div> </li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Experience and skills that the candidate can bring:</b><ul> <li>Data Proficiency: Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets independently, developing innovative solutions and actionable insights. Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).</li> <li>Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated track record of identifying, scaling, and creating new data use-cases that drive significant business value.
