Open accounts in minutes, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books – all in one connected platform backed by real human support.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Role<br></strong>We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core product team in Poland (remotely) to help build and scale Rho’s all-in-one commercial banking platform. This is a hands-on engineering role in a team that owns some of Rho's most critical product areas: Accounts Payable automation and money transfer details. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features across the stack — from database design to user interface.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid understanding of backend systems and experience building APIs and distributed services</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience with TypeScript and React for modern frontend development</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge of distributed systems including trade-offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an application</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency building & deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working in a cloud computing platform like GCP or AWS</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge of accounting or financial software</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are hiring exclusively on a full remote, B2B contract.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Salary range: 90,000 - 115,000 USD gross/year</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Diversity is a core value at Rho.
