About the Role

Fanntastic Media is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Facebook Group Lead Generator to help generate qualified leads for our home service and insurance clients.

This is not a cold calling position. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with local Facebook Groups, identifying people actively looking for services/insurance, starting conversations, and connecting potential customers with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Facebook Groups daily for service-related requests and recommendations
  • Identify homeowners actively looking for services such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, roofing, pools, and more
  • Engage with posts professionally and naturally
  • Start conversations through Facebook Messenger
  • Qualify leads and gather basic information
  • Enter lead information into our CRM
  • Follow company scripts, systems, and training
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with account managers and leadership team

Requirements

  • Active Facebook account in good standing
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Facebook Groups and Messenger

  • Ability to follow instructions and systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with lead generation
  • Experience working in Facebook Groups
