Job Family: As a Site Digital Technology Leader, you will define and deliver the site digital master plan in line with site compelling business needs. You will lead a multi-functional digital team at the site and partner with GBS service lines to deliver the site operational targets, compliance, and substantial value creation results.

Key Responsibilities:     

  • Drive all aspects of IT operations within the site, including governance and operational excellence.     
  • Active member of the site leadership team and lead regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders.        
  • Drive digital innovation and lead top critical projects at site and any regional/global projects in the OU.        
  • Anticipate and communicate future needs and innovation opportunities to sector leadership and service lines.
  • Manage the IT budget at the site.  
  • Demonstrates depth of applied IT skills across at least two IT job profiles, applying Integrated Risk Management, IT Operations, IT Project Management, and Enterprise Architecture skills relevant to the work.    
  • Requires at least three relevant roles, with experience across domains, OUs, or sub-OUs and influencing senior leaders on key organizational, business, and technology decisions.     
  • Sets and executes IT strategy at the P&G OU, service category, major company IT platform, or infrastructure level.
  • Actively participates in developing others in the function, ensuring completion of Leadership Strength Assessment (LSA) and a sustainable career journey.
