Position Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Contracts Paralegal to join our growing legal team! This is a fully remote position reporting directly to the General Counsel and offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Company’s contract management processes while helping build scalable systems that support our continued growth.


The Contracts Paralegal will play a key role in reviewing and managing a variety of company agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), while also overseeing data vendor audit materials and assisting with state license renewals. This position will lead the administration and ongoing development of our Contract Management Platform in Zoho, helping create efficient workflows and streamlined processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, organization, and ongoing maintenance of the Company’s Contract Management Platform (Zoho Contracts) and Contract Request Process (Zoho Forms).
  • Review, revise, and approve Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), and other contract templates used by the Company.
  • Support the preparation, finalization, execution, and storage of company contracts while ensuring accurate tracking of key terms, deadlines, and contractual milestones.
  • Manage the data vendor onboarding and audit process from start to finish.
  • Assist with the completion of state licensing renewals, registrations, and annual reports.
  • Help improve and streamline contract workflows and legal operations processes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a transactional paralegal editing/redlining contracts in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms and an understanding of how contract workflows operate.
  • Working knowledge of common contract terms, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and general legal documentation.
  • Experience with state licensing and annual reports, preferred.
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, PDF software, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and think critically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Professional, polished, and confident when communicating with vendors, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excited to help build processes, improve systems, and contribute to the growth of the Company’s legal operations function.
