EF (Education First) London International Language Campus is seeking a proactive and service-driven Accommodation Manager to lead our accommodation operations across both Homestay and Residence provision.

- Start Date: May 2026

- Full-time/Permanent contract

- Salary to be discussed at interview

In this pivotal role , you will oversee the full accommodation experience for our international students, managing both residence sites and our homestay network across the academic year and peak summer period.

You will lead and support a team, build strong relationships with hosts and suppliers, and ensure high standards of welfare, customer service, and student satisfaction, while driving continuous improvements in quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

- Lead the Homestay and Residence departments to ensure excellent service for all students

- Create a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere for students

- Manages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodation

- Oversee day-to-day operations at student residences, ensuring smooth logistics

- Manages a team of full time and part time homestay coordinators, recruiters, visitors and Residence Advisors

- Supervises the team to ensure their targets are met, provides guidance to the team and makes sure that daily, weekly and quarterly deadlines are met

- Ensures students are allocated to appropriate accommodation within EF Gold Standards and in accordance with EF’s safeguarding policy for under 18’s

- Ensures student queries regarding accommodation are handled and logged appropriately with regard for excellent customer service

- Work within set budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost savings

- Monitors student evaluation of accommodation and responds to comments and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution

- Liaises with finance department to ensure prompt and accurate payment to accommodation providers

- Participate in the emergency phone rotation and assist in any urgent situations
