We’re a quickly-growing team headquartered in Union Square, San Francisco.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Role Summary</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Weekend is looking for an experienced Webflow Engineer to work on an existing Webflow-hosted website (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://weekend.com">weekend.com</a>) with blog content. You'll ship updates quickly, keep our site stable and on-brand, and work closely with product and design as we evolve our rebrand and launch subscription services on our website.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do at Weekend</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with Product and Design to plan and execute work to improve the site.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain SEO fundamentals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make CMS updates for our blog and game-specific content.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure GA/GTM events fire correctly for key CTAs and maintain analytics tracking baselines.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep the site running performantly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support upcoming subscription service additions to the website.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>We're Excited About You Because You Have</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven hands-on experience building high quality websites on and off Webflow</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working knowledge of SEO best practices.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager event tracking.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work independently, prioritize, and ship quickly with minimal oversight.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional partners (product, design).</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Bonus Points</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with subscription or e-commerce page patterns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background working with fast-moving startup teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sound UI/UX sensibility</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Contract Details: </strong>Fractional/contract role starting at ~20 hours/week with potential to scale based on production cycles. Hourly rate of $80-120 (based on experience).
