We focus on training and productivity, governance, customer sentiment, diversity, community, retail excellence, systems and process modernization, and rewards and recognition to help our dealers differentiate themselves from the competition and maximize their strengths.</p><p><strong>What you'll do...</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct warranty audits at dealerships located throughout the United States.</li><li>Conduct warranty dashboard reviews via phone or in person with dealership fixed operations team, including management and if applicable Region personnel.</li><li>Prepare for audit action: review dealership Warranty Dashboard reports for performance and history, draft and distribute announcement letter to dealers and Region personnel.</li><li>Review and identify repair orders with potential repairs for disallowance that do not comply with Ford Motor Company policy and present findings to dealership and Region personnel.</li><li>Comply with individual State's warranty audit legislative requirements where audit action will occur.</li><li>Maintain contact with FCSD Regional Personnel during audits to ensure communication and participation.</li><li>Submit audit paperwork/file and expense reports in a timely manner after audit has been completed.</li><li>Investigate allegations of improper warranty practices.</li><li>Assist FCSD Regional Personnel with warranty concerns as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments upon discoveries that may warranty policy changes or enhance processes and procedures.</li><li>Participate in Global Warranty Operations meetings and/or events.</li></ul><p><strong>You'll have...</strong></p><p><strong>Minimum</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of automotive fixed operations.</li><li>Strong technical background.</li><li>Able to travel between regions and throughout the US</li><li>Experience working with Dealer Principals and dealership management teams.</li><li>Valid US driver's license.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Even better, you may have...</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to manage difficult discussions with dealership personnel.</li><li>Strong computer skills (ie, Word, PDF, etc.).</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain travel schedule.</li><li>Familiar with the Warranty & Policy Manual.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to facilitate dealer meetings in detail.</li><li>Ability to navigate the Warranty Dashboard, Professional Technician Society (PTS) Website and One Warranty Solution (OWS).</li><li>Root cause identification skills.</li><li>Strong analytic and decision-making capabilities.</li></ul><p>You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!</p><p>As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
